Live Your Cause Coaching (LYCC) was a light bulb idea that came from a combination of the many years spent figuring out how to help people BE at their best and highest energy levels necessary to create the life they truly wanted (not just dreamt about) with a sincere desire to help the betterment and overall well-being not only of oneself but also of the community and the world as a whole.

Living Your Cause Coaching is about helping individuals and organizations to Get Out of Your Own Way and become aware of one’s ideal image of wellbeing. How are you Living Your Cause everyday?

I have always had a calling.  In fact, the idea of Live your Cause Coaching percolated over many years.  I have spent lots of time helping others in different capacities-high school counselor, SuperCamp counselor, career counselor, instructional designer, teammate, volunteer, charity supporter,  among others.  Like most of us, I had to test drive lots of careers.  And then I “got it”.

As the saying goes, when the student is ready, the teacher appears.  A former manager said to me in a candid meeting, “If you really want to be happy professionally in life, you need to create your career, not allow your career to create you.” At that moment, I asked myself, “Where am I living my life right now? Am I living as if I’m at the cause or at the effect of my life?” That’s when I realized that I wasn’t truly living as if I was in control of where my life would go. This is also when my life journey began to elevate to a new and more exciting level. I decided to start to put the wheels in place to create the career I truly wanted.

From that moment on, I  embarked on a journey where I would consciously choose at any moment to be living and taking ownership for all (positive and negative) events that took place. I decided to take the helm of my life, instead of just going through the motions and doing what was expected. Through this journey, I began to really identify my true “who”, not just what I thought was expected of me by others, and set out on a quest to honor that by choosing to live at my cause everyday.

I am passionate about coaching individuals and small businesses to Live Your Cause. I work with my clients to help them get in touch with their overall well-being, to tap into and live their true potential by Getting Out of Their Own Way and to make a sustainable impact on their lives as well as on the lives of others.

At Live Your Cause Coaching, we provide small holistic businesses leaders with valuable information and tools to book your business solid from the inside – out. LYCC partners with you in  coaching you to be booked solid with your most ideal clients. In addition, you will be a conscious leader in your life and that of your patients and community, leaving you able to authentically stand in the services of others both personally and professionally!

As a certified trainer of the Book Yourself Solid® System,  I  partner with business owners to help create a powerful team whom together attract their most ideal clients and therefore are energized and inspired to do their best work everyday. What could be more fun than that? I am  also a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index™ and work with both individual and small business leaders to identify their ideal leadership profile, create a plan for how one is going to achieve that ideal, and help hold client’s accountable to living their cause everyday. Lastly,  I partner with individuals on a self-mastery program called The Law of Being, to take an in-depth look at how one can identify his/her core mission and unlock their unlimited potential.
